2 Rexton Stellar RIC 20 8C Left & Right Hearing Aid With Charger & Carrying Case. I do r know much about these hearing aid but I plugged them in the right ear charge and hold charge and it works but the left will not charge it only shows 3 red bars on the charger, not sure what exactly wrong with it might just need a battery replacement, they come with everything you see in the picture hearing aid charger with wire and plug and hard case plus carrying bag for everything what you see is what you will receive.
