CROS devices are designed to work for people with hearing loss in one ear or a single sided deafness. You will need to have this CROS Transmitter paired with your hearing aid by an Audiologist or Hearing Aid Specialist, at the time of programming. This Cros Transmitter is designed to take the sound from your unaidable ear or deaf ear -and it then transfers the sound, to your aidable good ear. This Transmitter is essentially new as it was paired with another device but, it never ended up being used. This is the complete set which includes the Starkey Thrive App User Guide, Batteries, and just about every other accessory that you could ever possibly need.
